Manea's natural hardwood smoked products stand out above the rest. Our family recipes are smoked in our state of the art facility using a blend of hickory, apple, and cherry wood to create a brilliant color and natural flavor.
Manea's Meats hosts one of the largest selections of quality homemade sausage in Minnesota. From country style to italian to pre-mixed skillet scrambles, our selection is second to none. Since Manea's first opened its doors in 1975, sausages have consistantly been the best selling products in our entire inventory. Among our local clientelle, our potato sausage is a particular favorite. The recipe comes directly from a Swedish family who first asked us to make it 1985. It's been a best seller ever since.
With 33 different meat choices and 39 cheeses, you could eat a different kind of sandwich every day for a long time without repeating any one combination. But, hey...if variety isn't your thing, just pick among your favorites and we'll slice it however you like.
All Manea's bacon is honey cured, brined and then smoked with apple wood and hickory smoke in our on-site smokehouse. We then slice and package it for immediate sale. Our bacon can stand alone or be included in any number of recipes for a unique and delicious flavor.
Our meat sticks are made from a hard-wood smoked beef and pork combo and are great for a quick snack.
Made from choice eye-round beef or turkey tenderloins, our jerky has been a local favorite for over 30 years. We flavor the jerky with our own custom marinades and then smoke it with hard-wood smoke until it's just right.
